Drive Revenue: Aggressively pursue and close large-scale B2B and high-value residential sales for AT&T Mobility services, leveraging our exclusive, cost-saving offer.
Market Penetration: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across the Arizona market.
Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive analyses of prospective customers' current mobility needs and present our exclusive AT&T solutions as a superior, cost-effective alternative.
Foundational Role: Play a critical part in launching and establishing this exclusive program within the Arizona market.
Sales Process Development: Collaborate with leadership to design, test, and refine a dynamic, scalable, and high-converting sales process and playbook.
Team Building: Participate in the recruitment, training, and mentorship of future sales team members, positioning yourself for potential leadership growth as the program scales.
Feedback & Iteration: Provide actionable, real-time feedback to company leadership on market reception, sales strategies, and program efficiency to ensure a successful launch.
Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years of successful experience in Field Sales (either B2B, Residential, or both).
Mobility Background: Deep understanding and experience selling wireless Mobility services (e.g., cell plans, devices, fiber internet). Experience with AT&T Mobility is a significant plus.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: The drive and discipline to thrive in a high-autonomy, 1099 contractor role where success is directly tied to performance.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex financial and technical value propositions clearly and professionally.
Arizona Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local business landscape is a plus.
High energy and a relentless focus on closing deals.
Integrity and professionalism in representing the company and the AT&T brand.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
