Trelevate is growing fast — and we’re looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to take our Sarasota team to the next level as they represent one of our largest multi million dollar partners and their National SMB outside sales force.

If you’ve built and led winning sales teams before, this is your stage. You’ll lead from the front — motivating your reps, coaching in the field, recruiting new talent, and driving market expansion. Every day brings a mix of leadership, strategy, and hands-on selling.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and inspire a team of 6–12 outside sales pros to consult with SMBs regarding fiber optic internet, phone systems, and more!
• Build strong relationships with local businesses
• Run team meetings, in-person ride-along's, and growth-focused 1:1s
• Recruit, coach, and elevate top performers
• Celebrate wins — and crush goals

What You’ll Bring
